Forum Terms of Service
Considering the real-time nature of internet forums, it is impossible for us to review all of the messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of the LovingtonOnline.com forum and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of LovingtonOnline.com. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us by email and we will review it. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages but are loathe to do so except in extraordinary or exigent situations. Our goal is to foster community interaction and deleting messages is not the way to do that. Unless a message is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law, we will likely not remove it. If we do decide to remove a message, please realize that it is a manual process and we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LovingtonOnline.com, the owners of the LovingtonOnline.com, and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

We also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) to any legal authorities in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

Please note that advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, forum and blog-link spamming, and solicitations are inappropriate in the LovingtonOnline.com Forums and will not be tolerated.

Personal Account Privacy Policy
We hate it as much as you do when companies sell or trade personal user information such as, e-mail addresses and other identifying information, thus we will not participate in such practices.

Any E-mail we send will be from the LovingtonOnline.com domain. We do not hire outside agencies to send email on our behalf.

Make it a point to keep your password private and unique so others cannot access your account.
